This stainless steel pineapple corer removes the tough core and cuts the fruit into a neat spiral of rings in one twisting motion, leaving the shell intact.

How to use the pineapple corer
- Rinse the pineapple under running water before cutting — FDA produce guidance recommends washing even fruit with inedible skin. Read the FDA produce safety tips.
- Cut off the crown about half an inch below the leaves.
- Center the corer over the fruit, press down and turn the handle clockwise until you reach the bottom.
- Pull the corer out with the spiral of fruit attached, slide the rings off and cut them into chunks if you like.

It fits most standard supermarket pineapples. Very large or very small fruit may leave a thicker or thinner layer of flesh on the shell.
Can I get more fruit out of the shell?
Yes, scrape the inside of the shell with a spoon to collect the remaining juice and fruit.
Does it remove the eyes?
Most eyes stay with the shell. You may need to trim a few from the edges of the rings.
How long does fresh cut pineapple keep?
Store it covered in the refrigerator and eat it within a few days for the best texture.
