This handheld cherry pitter pushes the stone out of a cherry or olive with one squeeze, leaving the fruit whole and ready for baking or snacking.
During cherry season it saves a lot of time and stained fingers compared with cutting each cherry in half, and it works just as well on olives for tapenade and salads.

How to use the cherry pitter
- Rinse the cherries under running water first — the FDA recommends washing produce before preparing it. Read the FDA produce safety tips.
- Pull off the stems and place a cherry stem-side up in the cup.
- Squeeze the handles together so the plunger pushes the pit out through the bottom.
- Release, remove the pitted cherry and repeat. Work over a bowl to catch the juice.

It works on most table olives and regular-size cherries. Very large olives may not fit the cup.
Will it stain?
Cherry juice can stain. Rinse the pitter right after use and it will stay clean.
Does the fruit stay whole?
Yes, the plunger pushes the pit through the fruit, so cherries keep their shape for decorating desserts.
Can I pit frozen cherries?
Pit them fresh and then freeze. Frozen cherries are too hard for a hand pitter.
When will my order arrive?
